Trenkwalder: Textile/Clothing Technologist – promotional textile designer

Our client- leading Czech manufacturer and distributor of promotional textiles operating in

several European countries is looking to enlarge its team with a new colleague on the

position:

Textile/Clothing Technologist – promotional textile designer

Place of work Usti nad Labem, Czech Republic

Responsibilities:

 Cooperation on the development of new products

 Processing of the technical documentation and preparation of materials for production

 Communication with suppliers

 Coordination and management of custom manufacturing

 Overseeing the course of production in the manufacturing territories (mostly in Asia)

 Examining and testing samples and evaluation of product quality

 Product training their sales force and VIP clientele

Requirements:

 University degree in the field of textiles

 Knowledge of textiles and textile testing

 Business knowledge and skills

 PC skills on very good level – graphic software (Corel, AutoCAD), Word, Excel, Outlook

 Experience in the field of textiles (not a prerequisite)

 Knowledge of English on communicative level

 Independence and temporal flexibility

 Communication, orderliness, thoroughness, organization skills

 Logical and creative thinking

 Driving license B
