JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your role will be:
Database monitoring and manipulation: data entry, verification, standardization
and analysis
Collection and integration of data, identification of trends and deviations of the key
indicators over time, comparative analysis in order to draw insights from the
organization's data to help management make decisions and set goals
More than that, you will have the opportunity to model business data structures in
collaboration with system developers and users: determine and analyze
commonly used queries and reports, research business problems and assists in
the creation of models for analysis
Identification of reporting and data analysis needs, proactive approach toward
reporting automation: conceptualizing, defining and delivering new reports,
improve existing ones
Integration of new sources of data into company databases and relevant workflow
processes
Continually searching for new and useful ways to obtain, analyze and integrate
data that is relevant to the company’s business model
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems
or Business Management
Curiosity to understand and stay informed on business processes, functions and
operations is a necessity
Knowledge of Mathematical Modeling and Simulation is an advantage
1-2 years’ experience is a plus, but not essential
Applied analytic and/or data science enthusiast
Experience in creating reports, data analysis and interpretation of data is an
advantage
Experience or interest in the use of software tools for analysis and reporting
Advanced level skills in using Excel
The ability to manipulate large amounts of data and conduct trend analysis
Strong logic, analytical skills and professional approach to problems: profound
understanding and creative solving
Adaptable person and a fast learner
