Senior User Experience Specialist
Location: Novi Sad
Job Description:
- Design elegant solutions to complex workflows for our award winning SAAS Platform. Direct the visual appearance of all new features and enhancements.
- Work closely with frontend and backend developers, and QA engineers, as part of Scrum team
- Prototype interactions at all levels
- Solve complex interactions by humanizing user flows and interactions
- Conduct user tests, collect feedback, and drive decisions
- Develop and validate solutions using personas
- Act as owner of user experience with in-depth knowledge of best practices and standards
- Initiate, suggest, and spearhead UI refactorings for continuous improvement of user experience
Candidate Profile:
- 5 years minimum experience UX design on large scale projects
- Experience with projects from its conception to completion
- Strong creative, conceptual, and strategic-thinking skills
- Strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles, techniques and frameworks
- Ability to solve complex design problems through a user-centered design process that accounts for user goals, business requirements and development needs
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
