Quantity Surveyor

Location: Macedonia

Job Description:

  • Manage and plan all costs associated with all types of construction projects, from outset until completion
  • Ensuring all work at every stage of a project is completed on time, within budget and to the correct standard
  • Estimating costs
  • Monitoring the project to make sure that the costs are as expected.
  • Working out the financial impact of any changes to the project
  • Reporting and advising on all of these areas

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the implementation of road transport infrastructure, highways or main roads
  • Studies in Civil Engineer. Courses in quantity surveying will be valued
  • Serbian or Bosnian nationality with advanced knowledge of English. Good knowledge of Spanish will be valued
  • Experience in FIDIC contract. It’s necessary knowledge of building law and regulations, as well as tax and insurance and contract law, to understand the legal implications of any decision.
  • Person responsible, methodical and efficiency in carrying out the duties. Proactive, responsible and trustworthy person
