Installation Supervisor
Location: Montenegro
Job Description:
- Manages and controls entire installation projects
- Prepares the overall installation program and resource planning
- Responsible for site preparations and follow-up of site readiness
- In charge of final testing of the equipment and handover to maintenance
- Leads and manages the installation team to ensure safe, high-quality and on-time delivery
- Accountable for administrative activities of projects including daily human resource management
- Acts as company’s interface to customers and stakeholders and takes care of their satisfaction
- Responsible for sub-contractor quality and safety performance
- Develops and maintains professional relationship with sub-contractors
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in mechanical engineering
- License for Responsible Designer of mechanical plants, equipment and installations
- License for Responsible Contractor of mechanical plants, equipment and installations
- Familiar with installation method requirements and site preparation
- Knowledge of construction industry contracts
- Computer literacy
- English language knowledge (preferable)
- Possession of driving license
- Strongly developed communication and organizational skills
- Sales-driven with good negotiation skills
- Highly responsible and ambitious person
