Human Resources Manager
Location: Smederevo

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and continuously improve HR procedures and relevant policies
- Develop the organization to meet customer requirements and support special projects (e.g. production transfers, new product introduction, project ramp downs, productivity improvement projects)
- Develop tools and solutions to flexibly adjust direct labor to seasonal needs
- Represent employer in the negotiations with labor union
- Assist and develop line managers as leaders as well as equip them with basic HR tools and practices
- Responsible for developing internal communications practices and co-ordinate them
- Cooperate with universities, schools and authorities in order to secure fresh talent
- Ensure that occupational health and work safety is seen as a prerequisite across the organization
Candidate Profile:
- University degree, preferably in the field of human resources, economics or business administration
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position preferably in automotive industry
- Familiar with the local labor market and HR suppliers
- Extensive experience in managing industrial relations
- Legal and business understanding
- Experience negotiating with labor unions
- Result oriented
- Service minded and team player with strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Flexibility and ability to drive change
- Advanced PC usage
