First line support
Location: Belgrade
Your tasks:
- 1st line support to clients including:
- Communication with clients experiencing problems with software
- Diagnosis of potential problem, giving potential solution, or transferring problems to developers
- Installation of new software and updating
Your Profile:
- Basic knowledge of C# language
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Communicative, eloquent and client oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Team player personality
- Positive attitude
