Country Manager
Location: Belgrade
Job Description:
- Overseeing the growth and expansion of the company operations
- P&L management responsibility
- Responsible to work with different business development functions to establish strategies for future growth of company business
- Develop annual business plans and monitor through quarterly reviews
- Follow closely market dynamics, develop and implement appropriate responses
- Manage key customer relationships and actively develop new business opportunities
- Provide leadership of all operations and sales and marketing activities
- Perform all aspects of the job in a professional manner, conscientiously, efficiently and timely
- Treating Associates properly, inform them timely, supporting and maintaining good interpersonal relations among employees
- Timely reporting to upper management
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor Degree in Medicine/Pharmacy
- Minimum 5 years of working experience at the similar position within a company that works with international pharmaceutical companies
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office
- Active driving license
- Open-minded, good interpersonal skills and organizational agility
- Proactive
- Strong business orientation
- Good analytic skills
