Production Manager
Location: Subotica
Job Description:
- Control daily production plans and to organize the production of the planned volume products
- Participate in the introduction of new products
- Organize and optimize the organization of workplaces as required
- Control the labor and technological discipline
- Propose schemes of work in order to increase the efficiency of the products
- Responsible for the inventory active in the production
- Responsible for the preparation of the necessary production documentation
- Responsible for safety in the production field
- Monitor compliance of environmental protection
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production companies ( preferably in Textile industry)
- Technical University Degree
- Well acquainted with manufacturing process practices, production equipment and quality management systems
- Self-driven and result-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
